Only intact products, never used and in their original condition, can be returned or exchanged. Items without a seal will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>RETURN PROCEDURE<\/h4>\n<p>The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. Only the item amount will be refunded. Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of purchase by sending a request to <a href=\"mailto:contact@swissoxx.com\">contact@swissoxx.com<\/a>. We would appreciate if you provide us with the reason for the return so that we can improve our service. Upon receipt of the request, we will send you a form to fill out and return to us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>How and when will I receive a refund for my return?<\/h3>\n<p>Once the returned product has been received, we will initiate the refund of the amount that should be credited to the payment method used within a week.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>How does Klarna work in the event of a return?<\/h3>\n<p>When your return is approved, the installments already paid will be refunded while the installments not yet paid will be canceled.
