What is the SwissOxx account for?
We recommend creating a SwissOxx account to access the benefits we offer our customers. In addition, through the SwissOxx account it is possible to view the order history and speed up future orders thanks to the automatic completion of personal information. The SwissOxx account is not required to place online orders.
How can I create a SwissOxx account?
You can create the SwissOxx account by clicking on the “My account” icon, located at the top of the website. Click “Register”, then enter the necessary information marked with an asterisk. Finally, click “Create Account”. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided. If you would like assistance or any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How can I find my username?
Your username corresponds to the e-mail address provided during account registration.
I forgot my account password, what can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the “My Account” icon located at the top of the website. From here, you can click on “Sign in”, then on the “Forgot your password?” Link. We will send you an e-mail to the registered address, containing a link to reset your password in complete safety.
Can I change or cancel my account?
You can change your SwissOxx account information at any time by clicking on the “My account” icon, then on the “Log in” icon. After logging in, click on “GO TO PROFILE” where you can change, update or delete your personal information.
