How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders within Italy and Switzerland for orders above €49. For other destinations within the European Union, the cost can be checked directly in the shopping cart.

Does SwissOxx offer international shipping?

We ship our products throughout Europe and in some non-EU countries. You can select the country of delivery directly when ordering. If your country is not listed in the drop-down menu please contact us.

What are the delivery times for my order?

SwissOxx orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

In Italy and Switzerland, delivery takes place within 2-3 working days from the day the order is shipped (for the islands and remote areas, shipping can take up to 4 working days).

For other European and non-European destinations, delivery can take up to 6 working days, depending on the destination. In the case of shipments to more remote islands or areas, delivery times may be longer.
